The High Quality RETRACTA HW2121 Hot Water Hose Reel is a premium quality, strong, reliable reel, constructed using UV stabilised polypropylene, heavy duty rewind spring, quality swivel assembly, 12.5mm x 12m hot wash hose assembly and is supplied complete with mounting bracket and carry handle. Fitted with a positive spring latch mechanism the hose can be latched every half metre. The reel is supplied complete with a steel mounting bracket which allows the reel to pivot 270 degrees and a locking plate to be fixed into a set position if required. The corrosion and weather resistant construction makes Retracta reels the ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor use. The spring rewind mechanism is factory lubricated and sealed for trouble free operation and can be easily re-tensioned externally without removing the reel casing.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
