RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damaged, Faulty , or Incorrect Item/s
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible after you become aware of the issue.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, we may request:

- Your order number

- Photos or videos showing the issue

- A brief description of the fault

- Photos of the packaging and shipping label

 

Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Depending on the issue and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

If the item needs to be returned and is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item has been damaged during delivery, we require you to contact us within 48hrs of receiving the order so that we can quickly investigate the issue with the courier.

To Help us resolve the problem efficiently, please provide photos of the damaged items and send them to sales@cleaningproductssupplies.com.au

 

Exceptions

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on the following items:

- Custom made products (eg Tinted Sealer)

- Gift Cards

 Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

 

How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviews, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

*We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions of this returns policy, or if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or wear not related to a manufacturing fault. 

 

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will only be issued once returned items have been received and inspected, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible and provide tracking details where applicable.
