Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. During checkout, the courier service you choose will provide you a rough estimate on their delivery times. 

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 4–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues or extreme weather. 

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
We offer Sydney customers free shipping on all orders over $200 ex gst

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider. Most investigations take a week to resolve, however from time to time this can be extended to up to 2 weeks in some areas. 

We will not offer a refund, or reship an item where an investigation is still continuing.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. 

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Where tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item has been damaged during delivery, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
