1. Where is my voucher?
eGift Cards that are purchased from CPS Online will be delivered to the nominated inbox on the order once payment has been validated and approved. Please note that eGift Cards will be activated 24 hours after payment has been approved.
Upon payment transaction, if there may ever be a delay with the Gift Card activating in the system, during this delay, the Gift Card cannot be used for purchases or transaction enquiries.
2. Do I have to use it all?
The Gift Voucher may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the Gift Card expires.
3. What if my order exceeds the voucher limit?
Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift Card value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to CPS’s exchange and returns policy. Our exchange and returns policy includes the right for us to issue a credit if approved. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
EXPIRY, CANCELLATION AND RE-ISSUE OF GIFT CARDS
1. My Gift Card is expired. What do I do?
Your Gift Card will be valid for use for One years from the date of issue, after such
time it will be invalid and any remaining balance will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure any balance
is used before expiry.
2. How can I cancel my Gift card?
Gift Cards cannot be cancelled once they are issued.
1. Can I exchange my gift card?
No, You cannot exchange your Gift Card for a different denomination or type of Gift Card, cash or discount.
2. Can I purchase a gift card using another gift card?
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
3. How can I check my balance, expiry date and transaction history?
You will not be sent statements of transactions on a Gift Card. You can check your Gift Card balance and expiry date at any time by contacting sales@cleaningproductssupplies.com.au
4. Can I get cash advances?
No, Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card, redeem your Gift Card for cash or receive any portion of the Remaining Gift Card Value in cash.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
