Directions For Use

Apply Hydro-E directly to hands or surfaces as required.

For surface disinfection, spray until the surface is thoroughly wet and allow the recommended contact time before wiping or allowing to air dry.

Always follow label directions and workplace hygiene procedures.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Effective and safe around pets

This product is the BEST for removing odours off pet beds, clothing, furniture etc. Unlike other products, it is scent free and far more effective. I spray down my dogs bed and it makes it smell completely neutral and is safe to spray around him. It can also be used on your skin if you suffer from acne or irritated skin. Truly a fantastic product. Will buy again and again.

An incredible product to neutralise pet smells

Have bought the skin care version in the past, and this is far more economical. Can spray liberally on pet beds without concern of chemical fragrance irritating them like other sanitising sprays. It is also gentle on skin and I have used it on my eczema prone hands to reduce inflammation. It has a very very mild chlorine type smell when you first spray it, which disappears quickly. It significantly reduces pet smells from soft fabrics and also safely sanitises hard surfaces. It is a really game changing product if you are concerned about illness/germs spreading too.
